Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Aglio Oilo
Put these 3S together and you've got a kick 'S' combination! We've been craving for some salted egg yolk dishes and Sean Kwek's recipe came at the perfect time. This is another simple dish that really hits the spot anytime, any day. The blended salted egg yolk clings onto the spaghetti giving it a 'slurpicious' bite with every slurp.

Ingredients
  • 8pcs salted egg yolk(8个咸蛋黄)
  • 40g garlic(40g大蒜)
  • 30g red chilli(30g红辣椒)
  • 10g chilli pad(10g小辣椒)
  • 200g dry spaghetti(200g干意大利面)
  • 850g shrimpdeshelled and deveined (850g 虾,去壳和去静)
  • 10pcs curry leaves(10片咖喱叶)
  • vegetable oilas needed (植物油)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the salted egg yolk & pasta (准备咸蛋黄和意大利面)
  1. Steam the salted egg yolk for 10 mins. Boil the Spaghetti in salted water as stated on packet, drain and toss with olive oil.(蒸咸蛋黄约10分钟。在沸水中加入一点盐, 根据包装上的说明煮意面。用筛子把意面取出,沥干,和橄榄油一起捞。)
Step 2: Prepare the Chilli paste (准备辣椒酱)
  1. Place Garlic, Red Chilli, Chilli Padi and sufficient oil that covers the ingredients in the blender. Blend the ingredient into a paste. Add in the steamed egg yolks and blend again. (将大蒜,红辣椒,小辣椒和油倒入搅拌机。油量足够盖大蒜和辣椒。将它搅拌成糊状。加入蒸过的咸蛋黄,再次搅拌。)
Step 3: Cook the pasta (煮意面)
  1. In a heated pan, stir fry chilli paste on medium heat until fragrant. Add in curry leaves and fry for about 1 min. Add in shrimp and fry till it’s cooked. Lastly, pour in pasta, toss to mix well. Season with salt and pepper. (在热锅里,用中火煮热辣椒酱,直到它释放香味。加入咖喱叶,继续翻炒约1分钟。加入虾,翻炒直到熟透。最后,加入意面,混合均匀。用盐与胡椒提味。)
